We can provide cover whether the property is used by the owner as occupier or where the property is let, leased or sub-let to tenants.

- Full Accidental Damage cover to Buildings and Contents included as standard at no extra cost

These additional benefits are included free of charge as standard with all our Commercial Property Insurance policies in addition to the standard perils.
If the property is split between commercial and residential use then we will also be able to provide cover on the appropriate basis. All residential use types are accepted including Owner Occupied, Professional/Retired Lets, Student Lets, Dss Lets, Asylum Seekers, Holiday Homes and Unoccupied.
Cover is also available if the property is Unoccupied - we will provide full cover and will be able to amend the policy at a future date should it become let or leased.
